SaudiArabiasaiditwouldcutoilproductionbyanother1mbarrelsadayfromnextmonth,furtheringitsefforttoshoreupoilprices.KuwaitandtheUnitedArabEmiratesswiftlyfollowedwiththeirownreductions.OPEC’sdealwithRussialastmonth,whichendedtheirabruptpricewarandmaderecordcutstooutput,hasdonelittletoincreaseprices.Brentcrudeistradingataround$30abarrel,halfitslevelinmid-February.
